Vinification

This is our take on a Port composed of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the North Coast. The North Coast AVA encompasses many small wine appellations spanning over six counties located north of San Francisco, including Napa & Sonoma. Port is a sweet fortified wine, meaning it’s a blend of wine & spirits (usually Brandy). This results in a richer wine with a higher alcohol content, most commonly enjoyed as a dessert wine.
