Full Moon Vineyards is tucked away in the Capay Valley of Yolo County, a warmer growing region just east of the Napa County Line. This family run vineyard prides itself in providing organically grown Tempranillo, Barbera, and Bordeaux varietals. Owners, Bob and Ginger Spurlock along with their children tend the vineyard. During harvest, Full Moon Vineyards is a lively place to visit with many friends and family assisting the Spurlocks. Carruth Cellars has sourced grapes from Full Moon Vineyards since 2003. Tempranillo is an esteemed Spanish varietal made special by this obscure appellation and vineyard.
