I wanted to take a minute to express my utmost support for Adam and Carruth Cellars. As a local resident of Solana Beach, I cannot think of a better use of that spot to bring community members together and really tie together the Cedros Shopping District. I have been lucky enough to observe Adam in his endeavors and in the process of establishing the winery in Solana Beach, and have no doubt that with his professionalism and experience, the winery will be run with the highest respect and elegance in the neighborhood.

I am in huge favor of a boutique winery opening in Solana Beach on Cedros Avenue. This would be a great addition to the lack of enough food and drink options on Cedros. Also, I am interested in learning more about red wine. I have a large social network of responsible drinkers in Solana Beach and feel that everyone would enjoy hanging out at such a venue. This would be a great place to visit either before or after one of the many art galleries on Cedros.
