Carruth Cellars Cellar Club Terms
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
By providing payment information, you agree to have your credit card billed for wine, tax, and shipping. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California.
We can ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, SC, TX, WA, VA, VT, WI, WV and WY. Please note, some states have shipping restrictions and / or may require us to collect your applicable state sales tax. Your order will be calculated accordingly.
Club members are responsible for supplying Carruth Cellars with any address changes, two weeks prior to shipment. If a shipment goes to an old address, the member is responsible for all charges incurred for shipping and return of the wine.
Club members are responsible for supplying Carruth Cellars with any credit card changes, two weeks prior to shipment. If a credit card is declined and not updated within two weeks, your allocation and club status may be forfeited.
The wine release schedule is subject to change.
Club members will receive samples of Carruth Cellars wines throughout the year. They will be automatically billed to the member's credit card at current retail price less any applicable Wine Club discounts. Club members may cancel at any time two weeks prior to a shipment by notifying the winery in writing, fax or phone. Cancellations will be confirmed. Please be advised that under no circumstances will our mailing list be sold to another agency.

We will never share, sell or rent personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending emails based on your request for information.

Carruth Cellars complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature (21 years old or older with proper identification of age) for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the distribution center it originated from. All orders are shipped via the best possible manner depending on your location. Most orders are shipped within 4-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
