Adam Carruth & Anne Milliken
The most exciting thing to descend upon the Cedros Design District recently is Carruth Cellars, where you’ll find dedicated winemaker Carruth and affable Milliken hosting Cellar Club members and passersby for tastings of their impressive wines. Using grapes trucked in from Napa, Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino and Paso Robles, they crush, ferment, press and barrel-age on site. Locals are invited to join the fun; mark your calendars for the September 2011 crush. We can’t wait to taste their special dedication blend, the Solana Beach “Red Tape” Table Wine, to be released this year. Meanwhile, stop by for a sampling, post – gallery hopping, and become members so you can attend their monthly release parties or the new “Kill a Barrel” program, for which Carruth chooses a barrel to share exclusively with members each quarter.
On January 15th we exclusively released the 2009 Santa Lucia Highlands
Pinot Noir to our Cellar Club members! By popular demand we are now
featuring it in our tasting room line-up. Stop by for a tasting and
enjoy our newest release!
Carruth Cellars is proud to be hosting Shakti Rising!! On Tuesday nights, Shakti Rising is offering their signature course, Transformation 101, for the first time in North County, by popular demand! Transformation 101 is an 8 week course, and will be held at the Winery On Cedros from January 11th to March 1st.
(The Winery On Cedros is closed to the public on Tuesday nights, and this class in currently closed for the remainder of the duration)

Check out this awesome time lapse photography video, prepared by photographer Jon Robershaw! The photographs were taken over several hours while we pressed our last grapes of the 2010 harvest season at the Winery On Cedros. Thanks Jon!!
